I don't think my butt new what to expect this morning when I decided to throw in the Billy Blanks Lower Body Bootcamp. I remember thinking...was this easy or hard...it's been so long I can't remember.Well my booty was on FIRE! Oh man...I kicked, and squatted and did more kicks, and leg raises and butt lifts and then cardio drills until I was dripping with sweat and my booty was just begging for a rest!
But I loved every second of it...oh heck yeah. I am so glad that I decided to do it. I think I am going to do a different Tae Bo workout each day until I have done them all and then do it over. So much variety with all the dvds I have. hahaha
Tonight I will be doing the run I missed on Tuesday due to not being able to get to a treadmill. I will do that tonight. And I am moving my 4 mile easy run for Friday.
I figured it would be best to do the hard intervals tonight, and the easy run tomorrow because I have a long run on Saturday. Last week I did the hard run on Friday and it was really tough on Saturday. So to help ensure that I am successful with my long run on Saturday I have switched things up a bit.
I am hoping the next week things are more organized and I can stick to my laid out schedule.
