Feeling Good!

This morning's workout was the Lean Circuit 2 from ChaLEAN. I was supposed to also do an ab workout but didn't wake up in time. My boyfriend normally wakes up at 5am and the alarm is on his side. I had planned to get up at the same time and do cardio, the circuit and abs. But he didn't have to go in to work as early today so the alarm didn't go off until 6am! By the time I got everything ready for my workout it was 6:15am and I only had time to do the 40 min circuit workout before I got ready for work and out the door just before 7:30am.

But the circuit workout was awesome! I really love the Lean Circuit.

There was a plank and row exercise and I did is perfectly while rowing my left arm but couldn't get the position when rowing my right hand. Definately going to be working on this.

The good thing was I worked my abs in the plank and didn't feel as bad about missing the ab workout.

I am planning on working out when I get home. Doing some cardio and the abs. I also bought myself a brand new pair of running shoes for running outside. I cannot wait to try them on my 4 mile run tomorrow morning!
