I Love Tae Bo!

Last night I had a lot to do. Including bake a cake for my decorating class tonight. So I decided that while the cake is in the oven I would get in a cardio workout. I decided to bring out the Tae Bo. It's been months because I have been running and doing ChaLEAN Extreme.

I did 30 minutes of the Get Ripped Advance 1 Tae Bo and loved it. I was just dripping with sweat. It felt so good to do.

This morning I had a 4 mile run scheduled. I was all dressed and out the door on my front door step when I discovered it was pouring out. Not sure why I didn't look out the window while getting dressed. Anyways, I headed back inside and decided to do Tae Bo. This time I did the Get Ripped Advanced 2 workout. Loved it!!!

I remembered why I fell in love with Tae Bo in the first place. It was such a great workout. When I was done the 55 minutes I truly felt like I had worked my butt off!! I even added in my weighted gloves for some more burn. I worked it this morning and am so happy!

I think I am going to start adding Tae Bo into the mix now.

Unfortunately, this rain has caused me to be two runs behind in my schedule. I am going to make one up tomorrow afternoon and I am not going to worry about the other one. If I have time next week I am simply going to add in an extra run.

Tomorrow is Lean Circuit 3...my favorite! I am going to hopefully add in some cardio before and abs after, than go for a run right after work!!
