A Weekend of Changes!



Wow....I missed a couple days of posting. It was a long holiday weekend here and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had some very serious discussions with the bf about marriage and kids. I came into the weekend worried about the future and doing things right. I came out of the weekend realizing that this is my life and I don't have to live it to anybody's standards but my own.



Workout wise I had another great weekend. Saturday I did an excellent 3 mile run. I was all set to do a 5 mile and was debating on visiting my parents for breakfast. During the run I decided I would so I cut the run at 3 miles and decided to do my 5 mile run on Sunday which was supposed to be the 3 mile run.



Sunday I did really well with the 5 mile run. I decided to keep it a steady run and not to intervals to help loosen out my leg muscles. And it worked. lol



Yesterday, was a holiday. I was able to wake up and do some tae bo and some weights. I have decided to shake things up a bit with regards to my weights. I am going to do my own routines I have cut out of fitness magazines for a couple of months instead of the ChaLEAn Extreme weight workouts. I will continue to do some of the interval cardio workouts from Chalean...but just needed a little break for awhile. I have been doing this videos for 7 months now. I plan to start up 3 months from Christmas.



This morning I did Billy's Favorite Moves. I love tae bo. I honestly didn't want to wake up this morning but told myself I would feel far more better if I just got up and did it. Well let me tell you, Billy's Favorite moves are MY favorite moves. lol My butt is sore again. hahaha...and yes I love it.



Tonight is going to be a treadmill interval run followed by some weights.
