Intervals!!!!!

Last night I was able to get in the 3 mile run I missed on Sunday. Because I had lots to do last night I did an interval run. I sprinted as fast as I could until I had to stop and then walked for like 15 -30 seconds. Holy cow!!! My quads were not like me. At one point I was worried that I pushed to hard. My right quad hurt every time I walked. So I took it easier on the next few sprints and it turned out to just be a tight muscle that loosened by the time my run ended.

I was so happy that I finished my run in exactly 30 minutes!!! Woo hoo! It felt great. I was so sweaty when I finished and loved it. There's nothing better than finishing your workout dripping with sweat. You know you did a good one!

I also did my abs before bed...woo hoo!!! I was proud of myself for remembering to do some.

This morning I did the Get Lean Intervals from ChaLEAN Extreme. Loved it!!!! I really like the high intense intervals followed immediately with weight endurance exercises. Again I finished just dripping with sweat and felt I got in a very good workout!

I might be moving tonight's run to tomorrow night because I have a ton of stuff to do tonight. Either tomorrow or Friday afternoon. Going to decide before the days end.

I am very proud of myself for my clean eating lately. I have significantly increased the amount of fruit I eat. And my veggies are increasing too. I would like to see my veggie intake a little bit more. But I get in a lot already!

So far I am happy with my workouts this week and am looking forward to my next one!
