So Many Rows!!

Wow, so today I had to push myself out of bed to workout. My monthly 'friend' is paying a visit and is making me tired! Not to mention my legs were still sore from my run yesterday morning.

However I talked myself into getting up and working out since today is a strength day. I ended up only having time to do the Lean Circuit 2 and not the abs, but I am hoping to do this tonight.

Lean Circuit 2 is mainly shoulders. Killer shoulders and rows. So many rows!!! hahaha...but I love doing lateral raises. I want those nice sculpted shoulders they all have in the dvd. So I will do every lateral raise they tell me to!

I was also extremely proud of the fact that I did 8 reps of the plank and row on my toes today!!! It's hard. While in plank position you do a one arm row for 12 slow reps, than switch sides and do 12 on the other arm. Than you push your weights away and do 3 ultra slow push ups~! (yes that is just one exercise!) But I love it and was so happy that I was able to do 8 on each side on my toes before having to go to my knees. And I did the push ups in on my toes!!!

I am doing well with my abs every day challenge. So far I have done a bit of abs everyday and it feel great. I am only worried about the weekend....
