Sprinting!!!!

I have no idea what happened last night but I completely forgot to do some crunches before bed! In fact, I didn't remember until I was getting my workout gear for this morning's workout!

I decided instead of doing crunches before bed I am going to do them with my morning workout. That way nothing can get in the way and my mind isn't focused on other tasks.

This morning's workout was fantastic. I decided to make my 4 mile run another hard one since Saturday's run is 5 miles. So I did the sprints and walking intervals. And I did 4 miles in about 40 minutes. I was so happy.

It's harder than it looks. I kept pushing myself to sprint farther each time and than would walk for about 30 seconds. I could feel my legs burning and wanting to stop but I didn't let it. I completed the entire 4 mile route and felt great when I got home.

I then immediately got out my mat and did some crunches. Two hundred crunches in different styles to be exact. It felt great.

It was such a great morning this morning, and I was really shocked that I didn't see one other person while on my run. Normally I see other joggers and we nod to each other, or I will see lots of people walking their dog. But I didn't see one person until I was pretty much home. Very weird.

My legs are feeling my run now. I am trying to walk around the office again as if they aren't tight. hahaha It's kind of hard to do in heels. But it's worth it!!! Thighs..you burn..burn off all the fat!
