Busy Week Ahead of Me

Last night I was all set to so the Billy's Ultimate Bootcamp but the dvd just kept jumping and skipping on me. So I stopped and did some free weights following by 30 minutes on the bike.

I decided to do lower intensity to give my calf muscle a chance to ease back into working out. Well it worked! This morning I woke up to do my morning workout and it didn't hurt. I completed the Cardio bootcamp workout from Tae Bo and it didn't hurt at all.

I am so happy about this. This week is very screwed up for workouts. I will only be able to fit in one a day for most days and than next week I will be away at a cottage all week.

Tonight I am going to visit my family doctor and demand that he refer me to a proper endocrinologist. So that's rather important and I am not worried about missing a workout for this.

Tomorrow I will be able to do weights in the am and run in the pm. Thank goodness! On Thursday I will only be able to do a workout in the morning as I am meeting friends right after work for some manicures. Since I haven't seen either in months I am imagining that this will be a long visit. So I am planning on doing my interval run in the morning.

On Friday I might be able to do two. I am going to skip weights and do an intense Tae Bo workout in the morning. I am than planning on cleaning the entire house during the afternoon. I might have time to workout after I clean the house but the house is going to take priority as it really needs cleaned.

Saturday morning I am waking up and doing a 5 mile run and then heading in to visit my parents followed by a pedicure with my sister and sister-in-law. We're getting prepped for our week away. Sunday is supposed to be a run, but since I will only be able to run at the cottage I am going to do another intense Tae Bo workout and possibly some weights.

So it's just going to have to be one workout a day this week. Which is okay. At least I am getting something in. If I have time tonight, I might ride the bike again. We'll see how it goes.
