In Good Form

Last night I was able to get in a fantastic run. It just felt so good. My legs were the tiniest bit sore but they loosened up really good about a mile into my run. It was just a really nice and sunny evening to go for a run. Lots of people were out walking around. So it was just really nice.

This morning I did the 12 minute Tae Bo workout followed by my own weight routine. I decided to do one of the Self Challenge workouts from 2006. It was great!! I have all these fitness routine scrap books that I am now going to start using. I am thinking of doing a different routine each week to keep my muscles guessing!

Tomorrow is some Tae Bo Amped! I can't wait!!!
