
Training for my 10km race is going really well. I have now overcome my calf injury and can run with out any pain.
Yesterday I completed a 7 mile run. This is my longest run to date. I was so proud of myself.
The first 6 miles I was able to run fine, but the last mile was tough. I had to do it as more of a run/walk interval mile because the legs were like jelly.
But I was so proud when I got home that I had finished that.
My race is a month a way. I still have lots of time to improve my speed. Which I fully intend on doing!
