My Not So Daily Fitness Blog

So although I haven't been good this fall with blogging daily I am getting physical daily. Thus, after a few weeks of consideration I have decided to keep the same name on my blog. Plus I figure now that my work is beginning to slow down a bit I will be able to make the time to write here far more often.

This week has actually been really good for workouts. I was really worried on Sunday because I woke up and my sinuses are just killing me!!! I only did a 28 minute Tae Bo workout and really didn't put in 100% but still felt like I got a good workout.

I made up for it on Monday though. I did the Tae Bo Amped Fat Burn Accelerator workout! Holy cow! I forgot how awesome this workout really is. I loved it. I was working so hard that my clothes were completely covered in sweat. My boyfriend came home from work while I was doing it and was laughing because all he could hear was:

"5..., 6..., 7..., 8... Let's get Amped!!!! ! -2-3-4 go, go, go! Push Push push!!" he started yelling those out as well. It actually got me pumped up.

After I had a very nice bath. I woke up yesterday morning feeling great! I did Chalean Extreme Burn it Off.. Whew! Those are some intense intervals. Those burpees really get my heart rate up..every time. I followed that with Chalean Extreme- Extreme Abs. Awesome. I forgot about this ab workout until I did it last week and not I love it! I cannot get enough of it. This has become my new favorite ab workout.

After work yesterday I had planned on decorating the tree but got home earlier than expected so I fit in the 20 minute Turbo Jam workout. Fantastic!!!

Unfortunately, I just could not sleep last night. I got a few hours in but as a result I won't be able to workout today since I have an event right after work. But I am not stressing about this and simply considering this my rest day this week.

Tomorrow evening I have an Aquafit class with my friend and I might do an extra workout before hand.
