
Wow! I can't believe Christmas is only 3 days away. I am so excited for it this year. Scott and I have decided to exchange stocking gifts only.
I haven't been on here a lot and for good reason. My work computer is so unbelievably slow and I have been busy each night getting things ready for Christmas. In fact, Scott and I have decided to have a quiet New Year's Eve this year. I will be cooking my very first turkey every for the two of us. We found a nice small turkey. I am quite excited about this.
I have come up with a 4 month workout plan beginning January 4, 2010. It will be quite intense but I have split it up so I can use any cardio day as a rest day. In total I will only take one rest day, but I can choose between 3 days on my calender which are cardio only as my rest day.
In addition the following changes will be occuring come Jan. 4:
> no sugary snacks at all. This includes frozen yogurt.
> only complex carbs.
> limit the amount of complex bread/cereal
> no snacking after dinner
I am hoping the above changes combined with my new workout schedule will have me loosing weight.
I am now only taking my thyroid medication. I have completely stopped taking any hormone supplements and this was the first month I didn't spot for 3 weeks. Hooray!! And the best news of all...I am still sleeping through the night!
