Happy New Year

I am looking forward to 2010. I feel it's going to be a good year full of life changes and positive experiences. I have confindence that I will reach my weightloss and fitness goals. I feel my new plan will work and I will keep adjusting it if it doesn't at the beginning. But I am determined to be slimmer come summer 2010.

I have created a list of 10 goals for 2010. I am going to review this goals at this time next year and see just how many I achieved. Hopefully all ten!

My 2010 Goals

1. Loose 10lbs by summer.
2. Reach my goal weight and reward myself with a bathing suit from Victoria Secret.
3. Paint spare room in my house.
4. Get dept paid off.
5. Run the 10km zoo run.
6. Get caught up in my scrapbooking.
7. To not take things so personally.
8. Reach 18,000 workout minutes in 2010. (Thats 1500 mins/month and 375 mins/week.) I reached 17, 658 in 2009.
9. Go on a holiday.
10. Enjoy life and have fun.
