Stomach Pains ...boo!
Last night I got in a great Tae Bo workout. I just did the cardio portion of my Tae Bo Extreme because I did a lot of weights in the morning. But the cardio portion is very good and 30 minutes in length.
However, just before dinner I began to get these stomach pains in my lower abdomin. I get them every so often. I had every intention of getting up and working out this morning but when the alarm went off my stomach pains were there and they hurt! So I decided to simply stay in bed this morning and rest up.
It actually felt really, really good. I hadn't slept well for a couple nights so it was great to catch up a bit. I feel very refreshed. I am going to get my workout in after work today and I should have the energy by then. The stomach pains are pretty much gone now. Thank goodness!!
Tomorrow is race day!
So tomorrow is the big day. My 5 mile race! I am not going to concentrate on time, but in actually finishing the race. It's my first race of this distance, so I am going to use this race as my 'to beat time'. I am thinking of doing a 10k (6.21miles) race in the fall, to help keep me motivated to run.
It's been raining all week and the forecast is calling for more rain. I am really hoping the the rain holds off tomorrow morning so I can do my race. It can rain when I am done. hahaha
