Eager to shed these un-wanted pounds I have been looking for different things to do to shock my body into loosing weight. I am on a very clean diet and that didn't do anything. I did the complete ChaLEAn Extreme...twice...that's 180 days and nothing!Well...the other day I was doing some thinking about what I did in high school when I lost all my weight before. And I realized something...I think I only did cardio...but lots of it. So I found my fitness journals and sure enough...all I did was cardio. And I was loosing a steady 2 pounds a week. When I hit a plateau I added in weight training and that's when I lost the remaining 10lbs.
So this caused me to do a lot of thinking. And I have decided for two weeks I am going to only do cardio. But lots of it. I am going to have fun with this. Lots of Tae Bo, Turbo Jam, the interval training workouts from CheLEAn and Billy's Bootcamp.
Because I understand the importance of weight training I will do the butt and ab toning exercises that are often in the Tae Bo workouts. In addition, I will do the Bootcamp workouts, which are only with the billy bands for resistance and you sweat as if it's a cardio workout. I will also shake things up with ChaLEANs Fat Burn Challenge, Burn it Off, Burn Intervals and the Get Lean Intervals.
If I see a weight loss I am going to keep going until I hit a plateau. As most exercisers know your body will inevitably hit a plateau at some point. It is at this point that I am going to begin the entire ChaLEAn Extreme 90 day program.

In other news....I finally got an appointment for an endocrinologist!!!! I got next week. I am so happy about this. I am praying this doctor will be able to help me.

I'm kinda having the same problem. I'm not losing anymore weight. I just started using hip hop abs along with C.Extreme. Keep me updated!
